Summary of Expertise:

Joanne is a senior consultant with extensive experience in training and documentation development, project management, and communications and change management.  Joanne’s specialty is designing and developing curriculum for IT projects that span several organizations. In addition, she has managed communications for an outsourcing project for the Department of Defense, led eLearning development projects in financial services, and conducted a user analysis in higher education.

Joanne’s clients have included HP, Fidelity Investments, EMC, and Harvard Business School.

Joanne has lead or contributed to several projects that have won ASTD awards, including the ASTD Award of Excellence in Technical Training and ASTD Citation Awards in Managing Change and Organizational Learning.

Joanne holds a B.A. from Emmanuel College and an M.Ed. from Suffolk University, a certificate in Software Technical Writing from Bentley University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute.
