Hello Presenters,
We are scheduling dynamic programs for the Greater Boston Chapter of ASTD chapter 2013. If you (or someone you know) is interested in presenting, please complete this form and return to Karen Potischman, Program Committee at kpotischman@gmail.com no later than January 31st 2013.
We will evaluate and select the topics that most closely fit the perceived needs of the membership for the upcoming year. If not selected, your form will be maintained for future use.
Presentation Options
- Tech Talk: Present a single, 30-minute session.

- Timely, current technology based-tool(s) that benefits the training community. Should include a brief demonstration.

- Key Note: Present one, 45-minute session.

- Relevant, compelling current topic focusing on strategy, approach, best practices and new ideas.
Presentation Format
Presenters generally use PowerPoint slides to support their presentations and have highly interactive discussion toward the end. However, we are open to alternative approaches that are creative and engage the audience.
Selecting a Topic
Some of our popular, well received topics from this past year include Humor in Training and Presentations, Mobile Learning, Networking Skills/Speed Networking, elearning Hand-on Workshop, Emotional Intelligence, Globalization of Talent, and Free/Low Cost Development Tools.
Other possible topics (although we are open to whatever suggestions you have):
- Evolving the Classroom to the 21st Century
- Just-in-Time Learning
- Learning Strategies
- Blended Learning/ e-learning/Mobile Learning
- Teaching and Learning with Low-Cost and Low- Barrier Technologies
