Presenter Bio:
Mary Cheyne [pronounced ‘Sheen’] is an award-winning speaker who won first runner up in the 2009 Toastmaster’s International World Championship of Public Speaking out of over 25,000 contestants from 14 countries.

Mary began her career in software development and later discovered she had a passion for training and motivational speaking. During her 15+ years of experience, Mary has trained corporate clients from around the world including the United States, Canada, the UK, Hong Kong and Australia.

Mary is a Professional Motivational Speaker, Public Speaking Trainer & Coach. She has been featured in the Boston Globe, The Burlington Union, and The Somerville News. She is the Founder of Magnetic Podium, an organization that uses public speaking to help individuals uncover the roadblocks that prevent them from reaching their highest potential.

Chinese (Hong Kong) by birth, Australian by transplant and American by choice, Mary earned her MBA from the University of Technology in Sydney.
